Everyone loves a good taco. Am I right or am I right? These vegan tacos lack no flavor while also extremely easy to put together. On top of that, they’re a great healthy eating option. Healthy and tasty? Yes, please! One day when I was absolutely starving and could not order food, so I made these. I’m glad I did. They were super quick to make and delightful. Bean Tacos

Ingredients
- 12 tortillas
- 1 can or pouch refried beans
- 1 can or pouch spicy black beans
- 1 pouch Knorr spanish rice
- shredded vegan cheese Daiya
- salsa
- Goya adobo seasoning
- spinach
- 1 tsp vegan butter
Instructions
- Cook the rice, heat the refried beans, heat the black beans
- When the beans and rice are almost done, in a medium sized skillet, heat the vegan butter. Add the tortillas and heat on both sides for 1-2 mintutes or until slightly browned.
- Spread the refried beans over the tortillas, add the rice, black beans, and all other toppings
