Cook the rice, heat the refried beans, heat the black beans
When the beans and rice are almost done, in a medium sized skillet, heat the vegan butter. Add the tortillas and heat on both sides for 1-2 mintutes or until slightly browned.
Spread the refried beans over the tortillas, add the rice, black beans, and all other toppings
