Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning

Instructions
Dice the onion. Place the onion along with the garlic into the slow cooker.
Add all of the other ingredients, including the spices to the slow cooker and stir
Cook on high for 5 hours or until the lentils are tender
Taste and adjust seasonings to your liking. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy.

You can add any type of canned bean that you like for this chili
