mini flatbread pizza crusts
or vegan crust of your choice

vegan butter
1
tsp
minced garlic

pizza sauce

red bell pepper
sprinkle
crushed red pepper
to taste
sprinkle
Italian seasoning
to taste

green bell pepper

mushrooms
bella
¼
cup
spinach
vegan cheese
to liking
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°
You will be splitting the ingredients between each of the two flatbreads
Place the mini flatbreads on a baking sheet
Spread the vegan butter
Add the minced garlic
Add pizza sauce
Add the crushed red pepper and Italian seasoning
Add all toppings, then cheese
Place pizzas in the oven and back between 15-20 minutes, longer if you like an extra crispy crust
Remove the pizzas, fold them, and enjoy!
Notes
If you like extra sauce, try adding more sauce as the last topping to your pizzas
