Not Papa John’s Papadia

Have you been seeing those Papa John’s commercials featuring their new papadias like I have? It seems like it’s played over and over again. They’re basically pizzas folded into a sandwiches. The melty cheese pulls, the crispy crust, and the hearty are all enticing. They look so delicious and since I couldn’t eat theirs, so I decided to create my own, vegan style. I believe this recipe is just delicious as theirs. Definitely give this recipe a try and comment below!

This recipe sounds amazing! I’m looking to cut back on my meat intake and will definitely be making this soon. Do you have a vegan cheese that you’d recommend?
