Preheat the oven to 350°
In a large bowl, add the oats
To the oats, add as much of each ingredient as you'd like: flaxseed, chia seeds, chopped wlanuts and set the large bowl aside
In a small bowl, add vegan butter, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, peanut butter and melt together in the microwave for 15 seconds
Mix the liquid mixture and then stir into the oats, coating all of the oats.
Pour the oats onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spreading them evenly
Bake the oats for 10 minutes
Remove the oats and add the raisins and shredded coconut, mix well into the oats and back for another 10 minutes
Let cool for at least 15 minutes. Store into an airtight container. Any simple container with a lid works well. Enjoy with any plant-based milk. I highly recommend oat milk!
